The classification to throttle valve

      The throttle valve is by changing the throttle section or throttlinglength to control fluid flow valve. The throttle valve and check valve in parallel can be combined into one-way throttle valve. The throttle valve and the throttle valve is a one-way flow control valve is simple,the quantitative pump hydraulic system, the throttle valve and theoverflow valve, may be composed of three kinds of throttling speed control system, namely the throttle control system, return oil throttle governing system and the bypass throttle speed control system.Throttle valve does not flow negative feedback function, notcompensation caused by the change of load speed is not stable,generally used only for load changes have little or no high speed stability requirements of the occasion.

Adjustable throttle valve: valve needle and the valve core are made of hard alloy, the product is designed according to API6A standard,with wear resistance, erosion resistance. Mainly used for wellhead oil (gas) tree equipment,

     Sliding sleeve type throttle valve: valve with low noise and balance the structure, easy to open, the product is designed according to API6A standard, the valve cover the surface of tungsten carbide,suitable for a flash, high pressure, high pressure, cavitationconditions harsh situation, long service life, flow control precision is improved greatly. Applicable to the petroleum, natural gas,chemical, oil refining, hydropower industry.
