    1).Protect off both sides of the flange end cover, the valve fully open state to wash clean.

    2).With actuator balance valve installation should be in accordance with the provisions of the signal (electric or gas) to the test machine(to prevent the transport vibrations affect performance), after passing the on-line installation (wiring by electric actuator wiring diagram).

     3).Prepared with the pipe connection, to be washed and cleaned of residual impurities in the pipeline (these substances may damage the valve seat and the ball core).

      4).During installation, please do not use the valve actuator as the lifting of the lifting point, to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories.

     5).The valve should be installed in horizontal direction or verticaldirection of pipeline.

     6).The installation of the pipeline near the external force should not be lowered or the phenomenon, you can use pipe support or supports to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.

     7).And pipeline connection, please use the provisions of cross locking torque flange bolt.
