     Matters needing attention during installation of mechanical seal

    1.We must pay great attention to avoid installation errorgenerated during installation

    (1). On the gland should find it after the coupling bolts should be uniform, support, to prevent the end capoblique, with the feeler to check, the error is less than 0.05 mm.

    (2). With the clearance between the gland and the shaft or sleeve diameter (i.e. concentricity), around to evenly,not more than 0.01 mm with a feeler to check each pointtolerance.

     2.The amount of spring compression according to the regulations, too large or too small are not allowed torequest phenomenon, 2 mm error. Increases the surface pressure ratio, accelerated wear of surface. Is too small will cause the pressure cannot play a role in sealing.
