   1.The first correction center;

   2.Choose the appropriate material, tooth surface hardness after the treatment of HRC in 50-60;

   3.Check the amount of oil, the oil pipe alignment position;

   4.Filter oil, the maximum size of the oil containing impurities is less than 25um;

   5.The good performance of the drum gear;

   6.According to the requirements of the installation of various drum gear coupling, check the internal, external tooth radial clearance;

   7.Replacement of lubricating oil etc.
