      1 The scope: this manual applies to flanged end of the electric (or pneumatic) valve.

     2 Composition: it is composed of the electric (or pneumatic)actuator (20) and ball valve components, which are connected by the support (18) and the connecting shaft (17).

     3 The restriction of the use of

     Temperature and pressure limit

    L use PTFE or RTFE seat and seal materials, operating temperature should be 150 degrees to 200 degrees. Other types of seat and seal the operating temperature, the check should be nuclear plant KI.

Cryogenic valve nominal pressure level L (PN), can show thevalve the maximum working pressure in the normal temperature conditions. (for example: PN4.0, shows that its operating temperature in －290C to maximum working pressure of 380C at 40 Bar (4.0MPa)).

    4 Installation

    1) Protect off both sides of the flange end cover, the valve fully open state to wash clean.

     2) Signal should be required prior to installation (electric or gas)to the test machine (to prevent the transport vibrations affectperformance), after passing the on-line installation (wiring by electric actuator wiring diagram).

     3) Prepared with the pipe connection, to be washed and cleaned of residual impurities in the pipeline (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball).

     4) During installation, please do not use the valve actuator as the lifting of the lifting point, to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories. .

     5) The valve should be installed in horizontal direction or verticaldirection of pipeline.

     6) The installation of the pipeline near the external force should not be lowered or the phenomenon, you can use pipe support or supports to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.

     7) And pipeline connection, please use the provisions of cross locking torque flange bolt.

     4 Operation and use

    1) Shall confirm, piping and valves have been washed off before operation.

    2) Operation of the valve actuator according to the size of the input signal to drive the valve rod to rotate: forward rotation 1/4ring (90 °), the valve off. Counter rotating 1/4 ring (90 °), valve open.

    3) When the actuator direction arrow parallel with the pipeline, the valve is open; arrow and the vertical pipe, the valve is closed.

     5 Repair

     Have a long life and free repair period, will depend on the following factors: the normal working conditions, to maintain harmonioustemperature / pressure ratio, and the reasonable corrosion data.
