Installation of the Ventilation butterfly valve

    1, before installation, check valves must sign the certificate meets the requirements, after verification should be cleaned. The use ofthe valve should be stored in dry indoor not installed. Storage timeof the valve, should be regularly cleaned, dried, coated anti rust oil.Application of blind plate at both ends of the valve flange sealing surface protection.

   2Install  according to the flow direction of medium priority forhorizontal installation.

   3 connecting bolts, ventilation butterfly valve and pipeline, should be installed by diagonal direction repeatedly tightened, not a singleone tight, to prevent uneven stress caused by the flange leakage.

    6 ventilation butterfly valve control mechanism has been factoryopen close travel adjustment, in order to prevent the power on the wrong direction, the user first before turning on power, need tomanually open position at the beginning of 1/3. And check the instructions set the direction and the valve opening direction is consistent.

    7 the valve is in use, if discover fault, should immediately stop using.
