Working principle

Pressure relief valve

    1 pilot valve

When the valve's output pressure higher or larger diameter, with a direct voltage regulator spring, the spring stiffness is too large, the flow changes, the output pressure fluctuations, the structure of valve size will increase. In order to overcome these shortcomings,pilot type valve can be used. Pilot valve works with the direct actingtype of basically the same. The use of the pilot gas pressure regulator valve, is composed of a small direct acting pressure reducing valve supply. If the small direct acting pressure reducing valve is installed in the valve body, then known as the internal pilot valve; if a small direct acting pressure reducing valve installed in the main valve body, then known as the external pilot type valve.Internal pilot valve compared with direct acting pressure reducing valve, the valve to increase the nozzle flapper is composed of a nozzle 4, baffle 3, the fixed throttle hole 9 and the gas chamber Bamplification. When the distance between the nozzle and bafflesmall changes occur, they will make B, the pressure in the root of significant changes occurred, causing diaphragm 10 has a larger displacement, to control the spool 6 moves up and down, so that the intake valve port 8 to open or close the small, increase the sensitivity of the spool control, namely to improve regulation accuracy.
