     According to the purpose and effect, main parameters, pressure,medium temperature, special purpose (i.e., special, special valve),driving energy, structure, classification, the classification method is the most commonly used according to the structure of the control valve is divided into nine categories, 6 kinds of straight travel, 3 for the angle travel.

    Classification by purpose and role

    1.Two position valve: mainly used to close or connected to the media;

    2.Valve: mainly used for regulating system. Selection valve, need to determine the flow characteristics of regulating valve;

    3.Shunt valve: used for distribution or mixed media;

    4.Cut off valve: usually refers to the valve leakage rate is less than 1/100000.

    According to the classification of the main parameters

Ball Screw Set

    1.By pressure classification

    (1): Vacuum valve working pressure below standard atmospheric pressure;

    (2): Low pressure valve nominal pressure PN ≤ 1.6MPa;

    Medium pressure valve (3): PN2.5 ~ 6.4MPa; 

   High pressure valve (4): PN10.0 ~ 80.0MPa, usually PN22, PN32;

   Ultra high pressure valve (5): PN = 100MPa.

   2.According to the medium temperature classification

   (1): T>450 ℃ high temperature valve;

   (2) The temperature valve: 220 ℃ ≤ t ≤ 450 ℃;

   Chang Wenfa: (3) - 40 ℃ ≤ t ≤ 220 ℃; the low temperature valve:200 ℃ ≤ t ≤ - 40 ℃.

    Commonly used classification method

    This classification is based on the principle, role of the structure divided by another, is the present domestic, international classification of the most commonly used method. Generally divided into nine categories:

    (1) Single seat regulating valve;

    (2) Seat regulating valve;

    (3) The sleeve valve;

     (4) Angle valve;

     (5) Three valve;

    (6) The diaphragm valve;

    (7) The butterfly valve;

    (8) The ball;

    (9) the eccentric rotary valve. The first 6 of the stroke, three for the angle travel.

These nine products is the most basic product, also known as ordinary products, base products or standard products. A variety of special products, special products are improved variants out based on these nine categories of products.
