Introduces the principle of exhaust valve

      Exhaust valve used in an independent heating system, heatingsystem, heating boilers, central air conditioning, floor heating and solar heating systems, exhaust pipe. Because water is usuallydissolved some air, and the air solubility decreased with the increase of temperature, so the water gas in the circulating process gradually separated from the water, and graduallytogether forming larger bubbles and even gas column, because of the added water, so often the gas is generated.

     Principle

      When the gas overflow in the system, the gas will be along the pipeline to climb, finally gathered at the highest point of the system, while the exhaust valve is generally installed in the highest point of the system, when the upper air into the exhaustvalve chamber gathered in the exhaust valve, with the increase of the gas in the valve, pressure rise, when the gas pressure is greater than the system pressure, the gas will decrease the water cavity, float together with the water level dropped, open the exhaust port; gas drained, the water level rises, float will also rise,closing the exhaust port.

       Similarly, when the negative pressure in the system, the water in the valve chamber down, the exhaust port to open, because the outside atmospheric pressure than the system pressure, so the atmosphere will enter the system through the exhaust port, to prevent the harm of negative pressure. If the valve cap tighten the exhaust valve on the valve body, exhaust valve to stop the exhaust, under normal circumstances, the valve cap should be in the open state.Exhaust valve can also be used to cut off valve matching,facilitate the maintenance of exhaust valve.
