     Installation notes

    1.Must comply with the safety rules of the applicable.

    2.Pipeline before installing the valve in to ensure that no impurities,otherwise it will cause damage to the valve.

    3.The is connected to the valve, attention at the pipeline.

    4.All valves, shall be carried out on the valve body welding process,must remove actuator.

    5.Replacement diaphragm, need to keep the film is connected with the sealing surface of the open position, then the diaphragm andsealing surface separation.

    For the open air valve:

   1).To the actuator ventilation, so that the diaphragm up, out of the sealing surface.

    2).The four screws on the cross removing the body, make the implementation of separation, mechanism and the valve seat to cut off the gas source, the replacement of the diaphragm.

    3).To the actuator ventilation, so that the diaphragm.

    4).The sealing diaphragm and the valve seat on the face, crossmounting screws, repeated several times the ventilation activities.

     5).Closed diaphragm valve leakage test, can use normally.

    For the gas stop valve:

    1).Cut off the actuator air, so that the diaphragm up, out of the sealing surface.

     2).Screws cross removing valve, the actuator and valve seatisolation, ventilation, the replacement of the diaphragm.

     3).In the folded state of the sealing diaphragm diaphragm and the valve seat on the face, cross mounting screws.

    4).Repeated ventilation activities several times, closed diaphragm valve leakage test, can use normally.

    For double action valve:

    1).Cut off the gas source, so that the diaphragm up, out of the sealing surface.
