The Structural classification of diaphragm valve

       Structure of diaphragm valve and general valve is not the same, itis to rely on the rubber film or plastic soft film to control the fluid motion. Diaphragm valve material commonly divided into cast ironvalve, cast steel valve, diaphragm valve, diaphragm valve ofplastics.

     Structural classification

    Diaphragm valve structure can be divided into: house type, DC type, close type, straight type, gate and right angle type six;connection usually in the form of flange connection; according todrive mode can be divided into manual, electric and pneumatic three, which is divided into pneumatic drive, normally closed andnormally open reciprocating three.

     Right angle type, flange type, is a commonly known as the most basic (G41). Its structure as shown below. As can be seen from the graph, the valve body is lined. Diaphragm valve body lining, in order to better play its corrosion resistance properties.

    Diaphragm materials commonly used in natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, fluorine rubber and poly Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene Plastics (F46) etc..

     Diaphragm valve is pressure is not high, generally in the 6kgf/cm2(0.6MPa); high temperature performance is also affected by themembrane limits, generally only resistance of 60~80 degrees, the highest (Viton) does not exceed 180 ℃.
