    High temperature solenoid valve solenoid valve is a pilot direct acting type, which are widely used in shipbuilding, test equipment,heating equipment, hydraulic equipment, the working temperature of heat conduction system at above 300 ℃ in. Such as the power plant exhaust pipe drainage system and the exhaust system of the evaporator, is mainly the double automatic control and remote control of the medium in the pipe.

     Working principle

     The solenoid is energized, the link was promoted, along with the rotating shaft to rotate, the role of sports in the pilot valve and open the main valve; power, the armature self-respect andreturns under the action of the spring, the pilot valve half, guide valve closed, shut off the main valve by the pressure difference.

Normally closed: when the coil is energized, the pilot spool pull,pilot hole to open, pressure relief valve, pressure to push the piston cavity medium, the electromagnetic valve is opened; when the coil power, the pilot valve by the spring, the pilot hole is closedby the piston, valve chamber orifice pressurizing and reset springthrust, the valve closed.

     Normally open: when the coil is energized, the pilot hole is closedby the piston, valve chamber orifice pressurizing and reset springthrust, the electromagnetic valve is closed. When the coil power,the pilot valve by the spring reset, open the pilot hole, cavity pressure relief valve, pressure to push the piston cavity medium,the electromagnetic valve is opened.
