Use stainless steel chain plate

     Installation troubleshooting method using stainless steel chainplate:

    1.As the chain plate appear deviation, pick the driven shaft at one end of the tension shaft, should gradually adjust, rememberto adjust quickly, cause the network band edge scratch.

    2.As the chain plate jitter phenomenon, should check the transmission frame and roller conveyor tunnel has no corrosion toturn phenomenon, one by one to adjust.

    3.The chain of transmission chain plate such as chain jumping,unstable operation, should check whether the two ends of the driving shaft sprocket synchronization, the tooth side is excessive wear.
