The Characteristic of Speed Belt

    1.Characteristics:

    1.The  Speed Belt with cloth or trimming two structure,special rubber fiber properties determined with high lateralstiffness and longitudinal flexibility, high bearing capacity and long service life.

    2.Cast teeth reduced heat build-up or stress concentration,prolong the service life of the belt.

    3.Smooth running structure belt in the high-speed operation with only a tiny change.

    4.According to RMA oil, heat resistance standard.

    5.Gates transmission with the RMA standard, ISO standard,Gates special specifications.

     Narrow and wide V-belt

Timing belts

     Ordinary triangular aspect ratio of 1:1.5 ~ 1.6, and the river of narrow and wide band are respectively 1:1.2 and 1:2. Structure size narrow V belt than the common V belt can be reduced to about 50%, can save a lot of raw materials, at the same time a strong uniform, effective contact area is large, the bendingstress is small, the service life can be prolonged. 

     The transmission efficiency of up to 90% narrow V belt with a 97%, the speed limit is up to 40-50m/s, the transmission capacity is improved by 0.5 ~ 1.5 times, the most suitable for short distance,a small pulley in transmission, so it is also called the transmission belt.

      Its characteristic is in the upper and lower surface of the belt, mostly made of single-sided or double-sided arc or toothshape, which is easy to control, mainly used in the low speed of the cone type and disc type stepless transmission.
