The operation method of bag filter

1, first of all, please confirm the installation of bag filter system required accessories are ready:

Installation work, please according to the following steps:

1, the filter bag is placed in the desired filter station, connecting theinlet and outlet flange or the pipe after the tooth, to be fixed; a stuffy air vent, or configure the exhaust valve. Jacket type heat.

2, the metal net gently into the filter bag, the inner collar and filter bag mouth anastomosis.

3, placing the bag, the bag mouth and the metal inner collar ring.

5, the hand holding the lid handle, the other end with one hand on the cover (top of handwheel rotation multi bag filter)

6, the upper cover alignment, and two lifting caps tighten diagonal,all the lifting cap one one tightening (hanging ring twisting insertwith the club).

7, closing the exhaust valve is installed in the top of the bag typefilter.

8, please check the connection pipe, is strong; the working pressure is in the allowable range.

9, open the outlet valve. Open source into the valve, the temperature filter up to the specified temperature.

10, slowly open input valve, let slowly into the filter and full of liquid,liquid filter bag to prevent sudden impact, causing rupture, and thenobserve whether leakage. If no leakage, you can start to filter.
