     3).The valve must be installed prior to visual inspection, the valve plate should be consistent with the   provisions of GB 12220 existing national standards, "universal valve logo". The working pressure greater than 1 MPa and in the main pipe on the role played off valve, the installation should be carried out before the performance test the strength and tight, pass behind the prospective use.Strength test, the test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure,duration of not less than 5min, the valve housing, packing should be no leakage. Tightness test, the test pressure is 1.1 times thenominal pressure; the test pressure shall comply with the requirements of GB 50243 standard in the test duration, the sealing surface of the valve without leakage.

    4).Handwheel, handle and drive mechanism for lifting are not allowed to use, non collision.

    5).Belt drive mechanism of the valve, according to product instructions for the installation.
