Dealing with the leakage of rotary joint

    Reason two: with the machine precision low (end verticality, radial, axial clearance), vibration. Countermeasures: find the cause, repair loading equipment.
   Reason three: slurry, dirt and other foreign matter to enter the friction contact surface. Countermeasures: with a filter or strainer, type transformation of rotary joint.
   Reason four: the use of pressure and temperature speed selection range beyond the rotary joint. Countermeasures: Research on the operating conditions, ask the institution or manufacturing plant, to match the swivel joint type.

   Reason seven: auxiliary seal deformation, aging, cracking adhesive.              Countermeasures: the replacement of the new auxiliary seal.
   Reason eight: corrugated pipe rupture, damage. Countermeasures: to analyze the reasons, replacement of new elastic element.
   Reason nine: compensation ring worn parts and air collecting shaft concentricity is not enough. Countermeasures: in addition to the installation of hanging, support, strengthen the acceptance inspection of parts.
