   Installation Issues
   1.Products with diaphragm edge, there may be injury, it is recommended to wear thick gloves when installing.
   2.Please install the coupling guard and other peripheral devices to ensure safety.
   3.Installation axis deviation exceeds allowable value, the coupling may deform causing damage or shorten the life.
   4.Coupling allowable axial deviation including radial, angular and axial deviation. Installation, make adjustments to ensure that the axis deviation in the corresponding product directory under the permissible value range.
  5.When multiple deviations occur simultaneously, the corresponding allowable value should be halved.
  6.Order to extend the service life of the coupling, it is recommended to set the allowable axial offset of 1/3 or less.
  7.Mounting shaft is inserted before tightening the screws, otherwise it will cause deform the coupling. Tighten the screws, use a torque wrench, do not use attachments other than the screws.
  8.During operation if abnormal sounds, immediately stop operation, and installation accuracy, loose screws, etc. were examined. Recommends the screw after installation adhesive topcoat appearance and increase protection.

   Installation and removal
  1.The mounting shaft surface dust wipe clean dirty, wipe a thin layer of oil peers or lubricants.
  2.Lingsi the coupling hole cleaner will clean, wipe the oil or lubricant.
  3.Insert the Lingsi mounting shaft couplings; such as aperture is tight, taking care to avoid hitting with a hammer or hard metal installation.
  4.Positioning is complete, press the diagonal direction, with the torque wrench (tightening torque specified 1/4) Gently tighten the screws.
  5.Intensify (specified tightening torque 1/2) Repeat step 4 to complete action.
  6.Press the specified tightening torques Tightening torques fasten.
  7.Finally, press the circumferential direction successively tighten the screws.
  8.When removing the device completely stopped under the state; sequentially loosen the lock screw.
